STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN PAI BERBASIS TASAWUF UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN KARAKTER ISLAMI SISWA DI SMA AL- ISTIQOMAH PASAMAN BARAT

This study discusses Sufism-based PAI learning strategies to develop Islamic character at Al-Istiqomah Private High School. The research is descriptive-qualitative, while Sufism-based Islamic religious education is the main source of data for this study. The study also included ideas about understanding learning techniques, theories about Islamic religious education, and beliefs about how Muslims develop their personalities as secondary data sources. Observation, interviews, and documentation are used as data collection methods. The processes of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making are used in data analysis methodology. Based on the findings of the study, Al-Istiqomah Private High School uses two learning techniques in the Sufism-based PAI learning approach to foster Islamic character development in Al-Istiqomah Private High School: direct strategies using the targhib wa tarhib method, persuasive, and indirect strategies through habituation of worship, example, and discipline, as well as examples of respect for others.

Perubahan Tradisi Mangaku Induak Sebagai Syarat Walimah Al-‘Ursy di Kalangan Masyarakat Sitiung

Changes in the tradition of mangaku induak as a requirement for walimah al-'ursy among the Sitiung community, the tradition of mangaku induak is a tradition that has long been and passed down in the Minangkabau community in Dharmasraya, one of which is among the Sitiung community. This research is a field research, which examines problems related to changes in the tradition of mangaku induak into a requirement for walimah al'ursy among the Sitiung community. The data collection techniques used in this study are primary data in the form of interviews with people directly related to the problem studied, interviews with indigenous leaders, indigenous community leaders and people who do mangaku induak. Secondary data are in the form of books of ushul fiqh and books related to walimah al'usry and 'urf. The results showed (1) getting protection and a sense of security if one day the person who is reluctant gets a problem, then he already has parents and ninik mamak who will help in solving the problem; (2) avoid tribal marriage; (3) the implications of the mangaku induak tradition among the Sitiung community have a positive impact on the lives of the Sitiung people classified into 'urf shahih because the mangaku induak tradition does not contradict the Qur'an and Hadith and does not eliminate benefit and does not bring harm.

The effectiveness of the leader can be seen from the ability and ability of the leader in creating a comfortable and inspiring school to perfect the way of thinking and acting to achieve a goal. This study was conducted to examine the role of leadership in creating a safe and peaceful atmosphere in a school. The method used in this study is a literature study. This is done to examine the results of theory and research in aspects of leadership roles in schools. The results showed that leadership roles in schools are needed to improve a safe and peaceful atmosphere in schools by teachers and students.
