MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU DALAM PROSES BELAJAR, MENGAJAR DI KELAS VI SEMSTER 2 MELALUI SUPERVISI GURU DI SD NEGERI 04 TIUMANG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2019/2020 PENELITIAN TINDAKAN SEKOLAH

Abstract

School Action research has been carried out at SD N 04 Tiumang with the aim of improving teacher performance in the teaching and learning process in class VI semester 2 contents through teacher supervision at SD Negeri 04 Tiumang.The teaching and learning process so far has rarely used teaching aids or media that can clarify the material. Teachers are sometimes less able to use props, let alone make props so that learning is not optimal results. This school action research is carried out as many as 2 cycles each cycle 4 meetings with preparatory discussions, namely preparing administration such as rpp and classes, implementation in the form of PBM in the classroom, closing and reflection is analyzing the shortcomings in PBM and correcting them to get better results. As a data collection instrument is an activity planning instrument sheet, class observation instrument, RPP Academic supervision follow-up instrument. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in PBM from cycle to cycle because of the media usedin the first cycle of PBM was not pleasant because it had not used props, after the pbm was held in the next cycle PBM increased with the presence of media and the supervision carried out by the principal. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that with the supervision of the principal, pbm in the classroom will increase so that the results will also increase.
