PENGARUH INSENTIF TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI HARIAN TETAP (PHT) DI PABRIK PT. JAMIKA RAYA
Abstrak
This study aims to test the effect of providing incentives on improving the performance of daily permanent employees (PHT) in PT. Jamica Raya. This study adopts the quantitative description method. The source of data in this study was from 53 respondents. A simple linear regression test is used for data analysis, and SPSS 25 is used for data processing. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the provision of incentives affects the improvement of the performance of permanent daily employees at PT. Jamica Raya. From data processing, a simple linear regression equation Y = 24.326 + 0.404X was obtained, based on these calculations, it can be seen that there is a significant influence of the contribution of incentive variables (X) on improving employee performance (Y). Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test, it shows a calculated t value of 2.516 > 2.007. The test was also strengthened by looking at the magnitude of the value of the coefficient of determination (R square) where the magnitude of 0.110 means the effect of providing incentives on employee performance improvement by 11%.The results of this study show that based on the results of research conducted by researchers at PT.Jamika Raya that the provision of incentives has a significant effect on improving the performance of PT. Jamika Raya employees. Jamica Raya. It can be seen from the calculation results that t calculate > t table then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted
